ABOUT US

The digital era covers more than just technology.  It affects the change of customer values and staff mindset, to mention just a few challenges.

To move your career and business to the next level, you have to unlearn what made you or your company successful in the past, and re-learn to build new competitive advantages.

Designed by the Asia Pacific Institute for Strategy, our Learning Organization Leadership (LOL) program provides an effective learning platform to overcome ongoing challenges.

Individuals or companies joining the program will be awarded certificates to signify the ongoing learning culture and efforts.  To learn more, see our Program Section.

LOL Program

The objective of the Learning Organization Leadership (LOL) program is to empower executives and companies with the digital mindset and skills in terms of leadership, strategy and innovation for today's changing world.

By extracting essence from the most current academic researches, the online program has four modules each year.  The 2023 syllabus comprises:

  • Leadership Module

  • Innovation Module

  • Strategic Decision Module

  • People Management Module

Certificates will be issued upon the completion of every module, so participants can receive up to four e-certificate a year.  New modules will be introduced in subsequent years, and participants can build up their knowledge and skills as part of their life-long learning.

Lunch and Learn

  • The format of LOL is designed to suit executives' busy schedules.   "Lunch and Learn" live online classes will be conducted every two weeks during 12:30p.m.-1:00p.m. in English and 1:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m in Cantonese.

  • To qualify for the certificates, a minimum 50% attendance is required.

  • Participants can access our digital learning portal with a personalized user name and password.  The portal forms an online community for the exchange of views in forums, downloading class handouts and catching up with the most recent month's videos.
